Beautiful appearance
with functionality ensured

The unique case shape inherits its distortion-free mirror surface from the original design of 1968. Additionally, the stainless-steel bezel has been treated with Diamond-Like Carbon coating to achieve a surface hardness approximately six times greater than it would otherwise be, making it significantly more resistant to scratches.

Evolved case

The watch features a one-piece titanium construction that ensures water resistance to depths of 600 meters, suitable for saturation diving.
At the same time, the screws that secure the bezel within the watch’s construction are on the back of the case, allowing for a seamless aesthetic.

Dial expressing
the scene of a rough sea

The wave mark is a symbol of Seiko diver’s watches and a testament to their high reliability and exceptional technology. It is engraved on the case back of all Seiko diver’s watches.

A dynamic embossed pattern inspired by this mark and reminiscent of the rough sea is applied to the dial, which changes its appearance depending on the viewing angle and evokes the waves of the deep sea.
