Tough, Reliable and Perfected Over Time

Seiko’s relentless challenge and innovation have driven the company to develop technology that the world has never seen. Along with functionality, Seiko was the first in the world to use specialised materials like titanium for its corrosion resistance and lightness. Seiko also facilitated the establishment of the standard for diver’s watches in the International Standard Organisation (ISO) and Japan Industrial Standards (JIS).

A CONNECTION SO DEEP

It Began With a Letter

More than just a passionate letter from a professional diver in Hiroshima, this was writing history side by side. A letter that brought about the creation of the world’s first Professional Diver’s 600 m with a titanium case and opened a new chapter in underwater exploration.

RELENTLESSLY TESTED

Two Professional Diver’s 600 m successfully withstood water pressure at a depth of 1062 m. The watch’s legibility, precision, and exterior remained unscathed, continuing to strengthen its credibility.
